How do I hire Properties Forward?
Simple. Reach out to Kelly Hamilton at Manager@PFManage.com and request more information. We will follow up to learn about your property, discuss your goals, and determine if we are a good fit for each other. If we move forward, we will walk you through our management agreement and get you onboarded.
What are the application requirements and screening procedures?
We screen all applicants thoroughly. Requirements include income verification, credit history, rental history, and background checks. Our goal is to place qualified, responsible residents in your property and we take that seriously. Specific criteria are available upon request.
Do you offer leasing services separate from full property management?
Yes. If you prefer to self-manage but need help finding and placing a qualified resident, we offer leasing-only services. Reach out to Kelly at Manager@PFManage.com to discuss what that looks like for your property.
How do I apply for a rental property with your company?
All available properties and applications are listed on our site. Apply directly online and we will be in touch promptly. Tours can be scheduled at WWW.PFMANAGE.COM.
Do you work with real estate agents or offer referral opportunities?
Yes. We welcome relationships with real estate agents and value those partnerships. Additionally, if one of your clients is looking to buy or sell, let us know and we will make sure you are part of that conversation.
