Properties Forward works with owners who want the day to day off their plate. Whether you want to be completely hands off or prefer to stay more involved as a partner, we have flexibility in how we work with you. Either way, the headaches are on us.
What We Handle
We take care of the everyday operations of your property so you don't have to. Leasing, maintenance coordination, resident communication, and everything in between. You stay focused on whatever it is you actually want to be doing.
Our Fees
We keep it simple and transparent because we think you deserve to know exactly what you're paying for.
Single-family homes: $100 flat per month.
Multi-family properties: $65 per door per month.
Vacancy-filling fees vary based on price point and location
No surprises. No nickel and diming.
Our Agreement
Management agreements start at 12 months. We think that's enough time to do things right and for you to see the value in the partnership.
What We Look For in a Property
We are selective. We work best with owners who take pride in their properties and are committed to providing quality housing. Before taking on a property we try to assess its condition upfront. We will take on properties that need significant work, but that falls outside our typical fee structure and scope. Think of it as a different engagement entirely.
Staying in the Loop
You will receive a monthly owner statement and have access to your owner portal through Buildium at any time. Check your financials, review transactions, and see what's happening with your property whenever you want, from any device.
