WHO WE ARE?

Properties Forward is a locally owned and operated property management company based in Grove City and built for Central Ohio. We're not a big corporate operation; we're your neighbors, and we manage properties the way we'd want our own managed.

Our broker-owner has been in property management since 2014, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience to every property we take on.

We specialize in market-rate single-family homes and multi-family properties up to around 25 units. No student housing, no campus properties, just straightforward residential management done right.

Our primary focus is the corridor from Downtown Columbus to Ashville and out to London, though we work throughout Central Ohio. As a general rule, we stay south of Polaris, unless we're talking about a portfolio opportunity.

We are selective about the owners we work with. We partner with people who take pride in their properties and are committed to providing quality housing. That standard makes everything else easier, for us, for residents, and for you.

Our team is active across multiple facets of real estate and regularly out in the field. We use technology to keep things organized and responsive so that when something actually needs our attention, we're available and ready. It also helps us keep our fees reasonable, which we think matters to the kind of owners we work best with.
