Paying Rent

Online through your Buildium resident portal. Simple, fast, done.

Maintenance Requests

All maintenance requests are submitted through the resident portal. We respond promptly and keep things moving without the runaround.

For true emergencies such as a broken pipe, no heat, or a safety concern, call our emergency line at 614-219-9214 and follow the prompts.

Lockouts are handled separately. We are available to assist but want to be upfront about the cost. Response fees are $150 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm) and $250 for after hours. In many cases a local locksmith can get to you faster and at a lower cost, and we have no problem with that. Whatever gets you back in your home quickest.

Available listings and applications can be found right here on our site. Apply online and we'll get back to you promptly.

Communication

All communication runs through your resident portal. This keeps the entire team looped in and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. No emails lost in someone's inbox, no waiting on one person to respond. Just efficient, trackable communication that actually works.
